Summer Butterfly fridge magnets. I have made these in the hopes of keeping alive the memories of a beautiful hot summer here in the UK with a profusion of beautiful butterflies. They seemed to be everywhere alighting our lives and adorning summer itself. I painted them with pearlescent inks, so in certain lights they shimmer and do so just as the light is changing into the evening. I have coated them to protect them and added little bows – signed them personally on the back with a short description.
